On October 14, 2019, during the official state visit to Riyadh, a landmark trilateral agreement was established to advance cross-border AI development. The partnership united the Russian Direct Investment Fund, Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, and the National Center for Artificial Intelligence and Big Data at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology.
