The Skolkovo Management Tournament convened leadership teams to model a comprehensive 6-year digital transformation strategy for higher education institutions. During the intensive management simulation, 30 key staff members from MIPT competed alongside teams from Bauman Moscow State Technical University to address complex institutional and technological challenges.
