Strategic University Digital Transformation at Skolkovo
The Skolkovo Management Tournament convened leadership teams to model a comprehensive 6-year digital transformation strategy for higher education institutions. During the intensive management simulation, 30 key staff members from MIPT competed alongside teams from Bauman Moscow State Technical University to address complex institutional and technological challenges.

Outcomes from the session supported the Priority 2030 Strategic Academic Leadership Program. Founder and CEO of iPavlov Loran Jacobs contributed operational and technological insights on digital transformation, demonstrating how industrial AI platforms and digital assistant ecosystems optimize organizational workflows across academic and corporate environments.
