A system for predicting breaks and rejects on a Paper Machine (PM). The system is designed for: forecasting the production of defects on the PM visual (folds, wrinkles, holes) forecasting the production of defects on the PM regarding the specification of the finished product (weight, humidity, absorbency, mechanical strength indicators) issuing online recommendations to prevent the production of defects on PM-10 issuing additional recommendations in advance to improve the accuracy of forecasting; determination of the main technological parameters affecting the production of defects in the collection, storage and processing of information received from production sensors, measuring devices and information systems of the Customer; visualization of information with the ability to filter data; Log data aggregation reporting; prompt notification of technological personnel about parameter deviations and emergency situations.
