iVa Platform 2.0 allows creating digital assistants for various applications and devices used to communicate with customers or consumers, provide with critical information, solve complex customer issues, performing functions based on scenarios created, edited and improved by the platform users. IVA Platform 2.0 allows you to autonomously and simultaneously serve your costumers with the help of digital assistants. It provides scripting capabilities for chatbots, configures the logic of the dialogue and processes end-user requests and data.
