HR recommendation system :

1. Recommends training to the employee,

2. Recommends an episode of training,

3. Recommends HR to replace the content (the system is based on requests for training, someone similar has already completed it, KPIs, role, work experience, testing, career plan, addition to the training topic, training speed, position and enterprise, etc.)

4. Recommends which employee/expert can be contacted with what questions, when it is better to contact him (based on KPIs, calendar, competencies, likes, prepared documents in the EOSDO, etc.)

5. Recommends possible career steps to employees and what needs to be done to achieve readiness (training, experience, projects).
