Smart City - Biometric Recognition and Behavioural Detection

Development of fundamentally new technologies for biometric identification of users using the analysis and intelligent processing of human reflex reactions. Technology and service for remote biometric identification, designed for the non-trust of a client device (for example, a smartphone), for verification of responsible transactions in the provision of banking and public services The solution is commercialized through the creation of interactive (vitalent) biometric identification technology, which is implemented in transaction confirmation systems. Consumers pay royalties for the use of the technology upon the facts of identification, or by licensing the technology. The technology complements existing means of identification for high-risk transactions. Intellectual property management is carried out by creating a start-up company to which RIA are transferred. The company is responsible for the supply of technology. The startup's shares are distributed among MIPT, investors and issued into circulation.
