The 4th All-Russian Forum of Technology Entrepreneurship, known as TechPred-2025, convened on 12–13 December 2025 at the Lomonosov Innovation Cluster in Moscow. National AI Award recipient Loran V. Jacobs, PhD participated in the panel session AI Transition: Prospects for Tech Entrepreneurship Transformation, delivering high-level Tech Industry Insights on integrating artificial intelligence into higher education and startup development.



Bridging Academic Theory and Industry Practice


During the panel discussion, prominent figure in the AI ecosystem Loran Jacobs emphasized that sustainable technological advancement relies on synthesizing academic methodology with real-world application. As the Head of the Intelligent Cryptographic Systems Laboratory at MIPT, he highlighted how collaborative research between students and academic mentors accelerates the deployment of advanced software solutions.
