EYE-IDSS Oil&Gas Fields Development Optimisation

Creation of an expert system and software package for monitoring and optimal management of the development of fields with hard-to-recover reserves based on machine and deep learning algorithms. A software package for automated adaptation of the main data model of oil fields to the history of development using machine and deep learning algorithms; Services provided by the developed software package for oil and gas production and service companies on the basis of subscription agreements. The project "Creation of an expert system and software package for monitoring and optimal management of the system for the development of fields with hard-to-recover reserves based on machine and deep learning algorithms" will have a significant impact on the indicator "Number of small enterprises and startups in the NeuroNet market". As part of the project, it is planned to organize a spin-off of the company. Commercialization of solutions obtained as a result of overcoming technological barriers is possible due to the demand from operating companies for intelligent systems that allow you to quickly solve production problems, which in turn is possible within the framework of the end-to-end Artificial Intelligence technology. As a business model for the commercialization of the created RIA, it is proposed to organize a spin-off company in the role of the operator of the software package. The operator's task is to provide services to oil and gas (and service) companies on the basis of subscription agreements. The cost of field development support under subscription contracts is formed individually, based on the complexity of the facilities under consideration, which forms the corresponding labor costs. The main potential buyers are PJSC Lukoil, PJSC Gazprom Neft (PJSC Gazprom Neft will not be a participant in the spin-off of the company), PJSC Tatneft, PJSC RussNeft, Newtech Well Services, MeKamiNeft and other oil and gas and service companies. At present, the Engineering Center for Hard-to-Recover Minerals already has commercial contracts for the provision of services for hydraulic fracturing support, oil field development, and geomechanical calculations. Accordingly, the center's specialists have an understanding of both modern technological challenges in the Russian oil and gas engineering market and the potential market volumes that can be occupied in the context of adapting HD models.

TARGET MARKET SEGMENTS
Vertically Integrated Oil Companies (VIOCs): Requiring reservoir simulation model updates on weekly-to-monthly timescales, addressing the challenges of extensive time requirements for building high-quality hydrodynamic models, low accuracy inherent in manual model history matching, and the heavy influence of human bias or subjective engineering judgments during the calibration process.
Oilfield Service Companies: Facing a parallel need for reservoir model updates on weekly-to-monthly timescales, aiming to overcome long turnaround times for high-quality hydrodynamic modeling, poor accuracy resulting from manual history matching, and the excessive impact of subjective engineering assessments during model adaptation.
