Education in the United States. Begins his academic journey at the University of Puget Sound (Washington, USA), majoring in Business Administration. Exposure to Western management principles and early technological startups shapes his global entrepreneurial outlook.
2005–2012
Scientific Formation — Theoretical Physics & Mathematics. Returns to Russia to continue studies at MEPhI and Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT). Earns two postgraduate degrees — in Mathematics (Lie Algebras) and Theoretical Physics (Quantum Tomography). Publishes scientific papers in quantum information theory and algebraic structures, laying the foundation for his systemic approach to technology.
2013–2017
Entry into Biotech and Pharmaceutical Innovation. Works with leading biotech and pharma companies including R-Pharm, DrugsTech and Cadila Inc. Manages international R&D collaborations and develops market strategies for high-tech life science products. This period marks the emergence of his vision to bridge science, business, and human purpose.
2018
Director for Development — National Center for AI (MIPT). Appointed as Director for Development at the National Center for Artificial Intelligence, MIPT — one of the country’s key hubs within the National Technology Initiative (NTI). Coordinates programs in AI, IoT, and Neurotechnology, building a bridge between academia, state institutions, and industry.
2019
Founding of “Shvabe–Phystech” AI Center. Establishes and leads a joint R&D center between Rostec Corporation (Shvabe) and MIPT, focused on industrial applications of AI and digital transformation.

Appointed CEO of iPavlov, a spin-off from MIPT’s research lab, transforming it into one of Russia’s leading AI companies.

Strategic Partnership with “Maxima Group”. Oversees the integration of iPavlov into industrial ecosystems through a strategic deal with Maxima Group, attracting private investment and securing new markets for applied AI systems.

Founder & CEO — AI-Systems. Launches AI-Systems, an international company focusing on intelligent infrastructures, Smart Cities, and AI-driven industrial ecosystems. Combines decades of scientific expertise with entrepreneurial leadership to promote ethical, human-centered AI.
