OrbitaNet: Robotic Telescope Network for Near-Earth Tracking

A network of automated intelligent optical complexes for monitoring (detection, observation, assessment of coordinate and non-coordinate parameters) of near-Earth space objects in all types of orbits based in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation As a result of the implementation of the project, software and hardware solutions will be obtained that ensure the creation of intelligent software and hardware complexes and infocommunication networks based on these complexes, providing monitoring of near space both with from the point of view of observation of space objects of various nature, and from the point of view of assessing and analyzing the parameters of the media in which information signals are propagated. The task of monitoring space is relevant for a large number of countries that have the ability to launch spacecraft, so complexes that provide monitoring of near space are in demand for a wide range of tasks. From the point of view of the formation of highly liquid science-intensive products, their protection as intellectual property and subsequent commercial implementation, the following project results are the most interesting: 1. Software and hardware solutions that provide analysis and processing of big data for optimal control of the operating modes of optical monitoring complexes and various ("for the task") network configurations based on these complexes. 2. Software and algorithmic solutions that ensure the processing of large information arrays and flows obtained as a result of monitoring of specified regions of outer space in the interests of obtaining information on the parameters (trajectory and non-coordinate) of space objects of various nature. 3. System-technical solutions that provide continuous monitoring of the conditions of operation of monitoring complexes from the point of view of parameters of signal propagation media.
