Relates to the period of 2019 to 2023 during which Loran designed, negotiated with Shvabe Holding (Rostec) and MIPT, established and successfully ran the Joint-Venture Shvabe R&D Center MIPT developing many digital hardware and software products both for Rostech plants and for further MIPT AI Center Pipeline that would later be used to create the iPavlov company.
